After conducting an in-depth needs analysis with key stakeholders, BLS proposes bespoke leadership learning paths for a wide variety of participants: from first-time managers to C-suite executives. With a true 70/20/10 approach, a full range of learning events can be proposed (face-to-face, digital or hybrid). Highly interactive in nature, they are designed with a focus on the learner as “end-user”.
Learners are empowered to take responsibility for their own learning and fully engage with other learners.
